Five on Friday

The Christmas Season is well under way and things are looking festive around my house!  I plan to share some of my decor over the weekend.  THE WEEKEND!  Liam & I will be taking full advantage of Conor being off work.  There is snow in the forecast for Saturday, so I'm sure we'll be spending plenty of time in snow pants & then warming up by the fire.  Here's my usual Five on Friday list.  A big thanks to Christina and the rest of the hosts!

THE GOOD LIFE BLOG

-ONE-
I have been eyeing this West Elm bedding for weeks!  And it just so happens to be on sale right now, so I might have to snatch it up in between all my Christmas shopping for my family & friends.  A little something for them, and then a little something for me!

-TWO-
I am hosting my book club this month, and I couldn't be more excited about it!  I, of course, snatched up our meeting that landed during the Christmas season.  We get together in the evenings over dessert & drinks, so I'm already starting to plan everything out.  I'm thinking white chocolate mousse with peppermint stick shavings....  Oh the festive possibilities!  I just finished reading this month's book, And the Mountains Echoed, and I loved it!  I highly recommend!

-THREE-
The temperatures have been pretty chilly in Utah this week!  But guess what...?  I actually love it!  I fully embrace winter!  I love the snow & cold weather and everything that comes along with it.  Plus, I have the best little snuggle bug to keep me warm and who happens to love our fireplace just as much as me!

-FOUR-
Conor picked out my Christmas pajamas this year, so I was surprised when we all opened them Thanksgiving night!  I am loving these polka dots, and Liam loves the little foxes hidden among the dots (although he thinks they are dogs...he thinks all foxes are dogs...we're working on it)!  I love having a matching set of PJs this time of year!  These are also awesome because they aren't over the top Christmas-y so I can wear them throughout the year, yay!

-FIVE-
Now that December is here, holiday movies will be playing almost nightly in the Keenan house (well, at least as often as Conor will allow tolerate)!  My must see Christmas movies (in no particular order):
Christmas Vacation
A Christmas Story
Polar Express
Shrek the Halls
Prep & Landing
How the Grinch Stole Christmas
Elf

I hope you all have a holly jolly weekend!
