    Your family is so beautiful; I found your post to get tips on traveling my baby boy, Brayden. I was wondering what helped you stay so thin and fit during your pregnancy and afterwards? I was very sick during my pregnancy w hyperemesis and pre-eclampisa, so I wasn't able to workout a lot nor eat healthy bc everything made me sick. End result I gained a lot and still can't get it off. I am hoping my next baby I can be cut n fit!

    1. Thank you; you are too sweet! It sounds like you had a rough pregnancy. I am not an expert, but I feel like the state your body is in before pregnancy can help tremendously. Since I was already going to the gym on a regular basis when I became pregnant, it is was easy to keep my fitness level up! I also continued to eat healthy throughout my pregnancy and not overindulge simply because I was pregnant. Afterwards, I attribute my quick weight loss to breastfeeding, healthy eating, & just being an active mom. I didn't start back up at a gym 'til after Liam was 18 months. Hopefully this was helpful! :-)
